Hand-Stamped in Sterling Silver: “ We All Shine Differently ” -R.C. WHO is R.C., you ask? Well, those are the initials of my dear dear Mother in Law. And I could not be luckier to be her daughter in law! I won the lottery. Literally. Not only has she worked in our small family business for almost 20 yrs doing much of the assembly but she is just a brilliant Matriarch for our entire family. She is full of wisdom, patience, kindness and calm, a great listener who is never short on the perfect advice and input for each individual circumstance. And never judgemental. Always understanding. One of her lines that she would say often was: " WE ALL SHINE DIFFERENTLY " I just loved it. It could not be truer as we are all intrinsically unique individuals. There is not another one of YOU in the entire world of almost 8 billion people!!!! How WILD is that to get your head around? My true love for these words is that it is a testament to honoring that we all are different. We all bring something interesting to the table that serves this world... no matter our appearance, attitude, beliefs or politics. And THAT is what should be celebrated and embraced. I hope this simple yet profound saying gets us that much closer to unity and acceptance of one another as we share this planet. And my hope is that we can all commit to honoring our differences as opposed to allowing them to divide us. LOVE would just multiply endlessly!
